Quotations and Pricing

This website does not display fixed retail prices. Pricing is provided on request through a written quotation because rates depend on order quantity, brand, specification, and prevailing market conditions.

• A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. If no period is stated, it is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.
• Quoted prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to applicable taxes and duties.
• Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. A binding order exists only once we have issued a written confirmation and you have accepted it.

Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Payment terms, delivery timelines, and any credit arrangement are agreed in writing for each order. Delivery dates provided by us are estimates made in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transport, customs, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Claims

Please inspect goods on delivery. Claims for shortages, damage in transit, or incorrect items must be raised with us within three (3) working days of delivery, with supporting photographs where applicable. Goods that are custom-ordered, perishable, or supplied to your specification cannot normally be returned. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, apply according to the manufacturer's own terms.
